Returns
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Please contact our customer support team at support@teqloom.com to initiate the return process.
- Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to proceed.
- Please note that shipping fees for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 1 day of receiving your order.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support team at support@teqloom.com within 1 day of receiving your order.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
- The item for exchange must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Please note that shipping fees for exchanging the item are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions & Notes
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel or personal care products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase, once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
