Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that excessive use of the product may disqualify your request.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, contact our customer support team at returns@teqloom.com with your order number. Our team will review your request and determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Return Review Criteria

Each return inquiry is assessed individually, taking into account: Product condition, Signs of use, and Original packaging Condition

Return Instructions

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping labels will always be paid by Teqloom

Restocking Fees

Certain items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for reviewing product return conditions before initiating a return.

All orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order is shipped

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery time varies by destination with most deliveries being made within 10-14 Days. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or high-volume shipping periods.
